Location

Our apartment is located located at " Zhuwei (竹圍) " area in Danshui (淡水) (also spelled as Tamsui ) township, north of Taipei city, a 35-min. Metro ride from Taipei Main Train station. The nearest Metro station is " Zhuwei ", 2 stations from the terminal station " Danshui ". 

Zhuwei is the major shopping area for the grant Danshui, Taipei county. The apartment is located in the center of Zhuwei.  The " Family Mart " is at ground floor of the apartment complex, and food shops, Cafe's, Pizzeria, Starbucks Coffee, boutiques, bookstores and many more small shops are all within 8 min walk. A 3 minutes walk to the bus station, 8 min walk to MRT station, and 20 min MRT ride will take you to the heart of Taipei city.

Accommodation

The appartment has 2 floors, and has 2 bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed chest of drawers and hanging rail. Kitchen is with simple cooking facilities, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pan, pot, and china etc...

Cable or digital TV, Refrigerator, Kitchenette, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Dining Room Table/Chairs, Washing Machine, Iron and Board, Broadband Internet (router provided), WiFi, AC, Hair Dryer, Bed Linens Provided

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with 3 pieces of 220V European electrical outlets. You may plug in your electrical appliances directly without any need of converters or transformers.

Facilities

The apartment complex has an indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, hot tub, spa, sauna, steam room. It also has gym, pool, ping pong table, fitness room, library, conference room, club room, and cinema.

Opening hours of facilities are according to the management of the building.

Due to the need of my job and living abroad since many years, I often have the opportunity to travel to many countries. My personal preference for accommodation when traveling abroad is the private houses, in addition to a lower budget; one can enjoy more comfort, more space, and more freedom than hotels. It also is the best way to experience the local daily life, and better understand the people and culture. I consider it as an art to see each home owner making every effort to create an exquisite home for the travelers. 1. In order to secure the booking, a deposit of at least NT$ 20,000 (or full amount for booking of high seasons), or full amount when the total rent is less than NT$20,000, shall be paid within 2 days of booking. 

2. The outstanding balance shall be paid in full no later than one week before arrival.

3. We accept domestic payments in Taiwan, and EURO Countries in NT$, and EURO respectively without any fees.  For payments from other countries, we only accept  payments via Pay Pal (credit cards) with a fee of 4.5% per transaction in addition to the rental amount.

4. Deposit is non-refundable if quest cancel the booking for any  reason or no-show. If the guest is unable to come for the booked dates, please notify us at least 8 weeks in advance to seek the possibility of changing the dates. If a change is not possible, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Another NT$10,000 (or equivalent foreign currency) shall be paid in cash as the security deposit at the time of check-in. The deposit is refundable at quests' check-out.

6. Check-in Time is 3:00PM - 9:00 PM, check-out time is 9:00 - 12:00PM.
Early / late check-in or early / late Check-out could be arranged upon request with a extra charge of NTD 500.  

7. The fresh bed sheets and linens are provided, while hygienic appliances such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, wash lotions, shampoo etc. are not provided.

8. There is no daily cleaning during your stay. Cleaning service can be arranged for a charge of NT$ 1500 per time (2-3 hours) upon request.

9. Damage and lost shall be compensated according to the actual value. In the meantime, we reserve the right for further legal actions.

10. Please mind your own safety in the apartment. We are not liable for your own safety.

11. Gambles, drinking, parties, gatherings, drugs are strictly prohibited in  the apartment for any reason.

12. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. A fine of NT5,000 will be charged at check-out if guests violate the policy.
